It is well furnished and kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, you would only need to furnish your room. Tv in the living room with a lot of books and culture magazine, nice furniture, nice appliances. The apartment itself has a lot of nature light and we like to open the windows to let some fresh air in on a beautiful day :)

You will be living with two others in their mid 20s/30s. I'm in my mid-30s and full time freelance in fashion, usually not home during the day, and like to keep the home space very peaceful, clean, and beautiful. I like to go to the gym, dabble in all forms of art, volunteer on my free time, travel, and go out on the weekends (though never bring the party home). The other roommate is a straight man in mid 20s who works an office job nearby, dabbles in film/photo, likes to run and compete in triathlons, and is usually out for most of the day. We also have a senior orange cat who is very cuddly, friendly, and clean.

We are looking for someone our age or in their late/mid '20s to fill the vacant room. Looking for a mature, considerate, respectful roommate with good taste and also likes to have a peaceful living situation. Ideal candidate is busy, has their own life, responsible, in good financial standing, good with communication and respectful of space, great energy, clean, doesn't bring the party home, and loves cats. High preference for someone most likely signing on to the 1-year lease renewal in June.
