Hi there! I have a spacious room w/private bathroom available for sublet in my awesome 3-bed/2-bath apartment in Williamsburg, available mid-late March (date flexible).

Ideally looking for someone interested in a longer-term sublet, but potentially open to short term (min 6 months) as well.

The location is great and super convenient. The apartment is just two quick stops from Manhattan via the JMZ or the L, and we're:

Half a block from the Hewes JMZ
1 short block from the Broadway G
8-min walk from Lorimer L / Metropolitan G

The neighborhood is a gem. We're steps away from loads of great bars and restaurants, one of the best pizza spots in the city, cozy coffee shops, and right across the street from a grocery store and Walgreens. And, of course, there’s a 24-hr bodega right outside for your late-night snack runs. The apartment is also a quick 15-minute walk to McCarren Park.

The bedroom comes unfurnished and has:
- Private bathroom, complete with a full tub and storage for toiletries
- Two double closets that line one of the walls. (Lots of storage space)
- Sizable window overlooking the courtyard and facing the building. It's pretty quiet and gets plenty of light in the mornings.

The apartment has:
- Spacious living/dining area with open concept kitchen
- Big kitchen island for all your meal prep needs, + dishwasher
- Central AC/heat
- High-speed internet + smart TV
- Private balcony

The building has:
- Elevator (We're on the 4th floor)
- Laundry in the basement (washers/dryers)

- *Amazing* rooftop. Great views of the Manhattan skyline and bridges, and a great space to hang out. Definitely a place to impress friends and visitors.
