Who you are:

Looking for someone quiet and respectful, won't throw parties/have many guests, and will be kind and friendly with my neighbors (whenever they're chilling on the stoop!) I want someone who will take care of and enjoy the space as I've put a ton of work into my home since moving in. I would also humbly request just please watering the plants 1x a week, I like them very much and I think you will too :-)

Utilities are included. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
