A quite charming, clean, spacious 2 bedroom. Fully furnished, hard wood floor, 3 story walk up, has partical view of Manhattan.

Quiet neighbors. 
Laundry close by, no pets. (possibly a meek cat :) No smoking. 
Looking to sublet to someone(or two close friends) who is very clean, quiet, responsible, respectful, kind, and communicates clearly and honestly.
N/W train to 36 ave stop. Just 3 blocks away from the train. Restaurants and supermarkets begin within a 2 block radius. 
Or if you like to exercise, I sometimes walk on the 59th st bridge into the city ( 45min walk)
