Hi! I'm subletting my furnished studio apartment in Central Harlem from late August/September-April/May while I am away (8ish months total). The space is around 225 square feet (plus kitchen and bathroom). It's on the second floor of a five-unit brownstone and has big, south-facing windows, so it gets amazing light all day.

The apartment is immediately east of Morningside Park and is about a 15-minute walk to Central Park and Columbia's main campus. It's also about a 4-minute walk to the ABCD lines at the 125th station.

The rent is $2045, which includes all utilities (minus wifi), and the apartment is furnished. I will remove my clothes, linens and most personal items, but can discuss leaving kitchenware if you need it!

I absolutely love living here, so am hoping to sublet the space with the intention to resume living here after my residency ends sometime in May.

I am looking for someone who can sublet the space for the entire 8-months (with some flexibility on the end-date).
