Dates: September to end of January (dates are flexible)
Utilities: All utilities + Wi-Fi included
Furnishings: Fully furnished but some furniture can be removed if needed.
Pets are ok but not smoking. Looking for someone that likes to keep things clean and neat :)
We would sign a standard sublet agreement, so I'd ask if you could provide 3 landlord references and proof of income. One month deposit and one month rent when singing.
