Hi, I'm subletting my apartment the first half of October

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed :(

The apartment is around 900sq ft with outdoor space. It's a 1br with plenty of space for an individual or couple. The photos in the listing are a little old, happy to do a video tour for interested folks.

It's an old school place with lots of areas to relax, and great if you work from home. It's technically in the "Columbia Waterfront District," and right next to Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens. Great spot for someone visiting who is looking for a cute neighborhood to come home to.

10 minute walk to Brooklyn Bridge Park, Red Hook, The F Train, you name it. Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. Looking for someone that's responsible and not going to bring the party home. Chill vibes only, thank you :)
