Let me know any questions you may have.
I am a theatre producer originally from the Pacific Northwest. I'm a big fan of podcasts, yoga, film, and yes - theater.
I've lived in this apartment for two years and I love it. The 86th St. Q train is a easy five minute walk, and I often go for an evening stroll along the East River at Carl Shurz Park. I also love walking to Tal Bagels in the morning, or Roma Pizza for a slice.
I'm close with the neighbor across the hall, and on good terms with the super and building management, all of whom can help you in case of an emergency. (It's worth mentioning that I've never had an issue requiring their help. If something comes up, I'm happy to coordinate between you and them).
