About This Lister
My family (2 adults, 2 kids) has lived here for almost 2 years and our lease runs through mid-March. We've loved living here, but we're moving out of the city and looking to pass the lease off to someone.
Ideally, we're looking for someone to take over the lease around 10.1, but the exact start date is flexible.
We'll be showing the space ourselves, no broker.
