This is a lovely residential neighborhood. It is close to two train lines allowing easy access to the city and other parts of Brooklyn.

Off Nostrand Ave, midway between Fulton and Eastern Parkway you are one block from several amenities (grocery store with organic options, bike shop, high end cafes, boutique wine shops, Irish pub, cocktail bars, Caribbean restaurants). You will also be two blocks from the also lively Bedford and Franklyn Avenue restaurant/bar/cafe scene. A great neighborhood all arouund.

The apartment is a 4 short block walk from the Long Island Railroad (LIRR) which offers very inexpensive and very fast transportation to and from JFK.

My block is equidistant to Nostrand Avenue stop of the A/C and 3 trains. The #44 bus goes to both stations, otherwise it is a 5 minute walk.

The apartment is 25minutes from 14th st.

There is a supermarket on the corner, several coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. There more artisanal options further down as well as a fresh juice bar and specialty wine shop. To add to this there are plenty of take out/delivery options. So UberEat, Grubhub or Seemless away!

One block from the Brooklyn Children's Museum and 24 minute walk / 2 subway stops from Brooklyn Museum.

I am an artist who lives and works and works on the go. I am semi regularly called away for weeks/months at a time for work. I have lived in this apartment for 20+ years and care for it and my neighborhood deeply. I speak English and Spanish fluently and I am functional in French. I am an easy going host. I only expect tenants to be respectful and clean and not draw undue attention to our agreement.
