Seeking a short-term renter during the months of January and February for my two-floor furnished duplex in Woodside, Queens. It is a furnished two-bedroom, two-bath apartment on the ground floor of a small two-story building with:

1. Washer and dryer
2. Fast Wi-Fi
3. Huge Backyard
4. Gas heat
5. Parking space

It's in a great location between the 61st Street and 52nd Street Woodside 7 subway stops. The subway runs above the house, so there is a little train noise, but it's not loud inside most of the apartment.

Singles or couples only, no pets, no smoking. All utilities are included in the rent.

I'm an artist and musician, I live in the apartment alone and have lived there for about 4 years. I travel during the winter so I'm looking for somoene to take the spot when I'm gone. Landlord is great, neighbors are easy.
