We're a 30yo couple looking to swap our lovely, spacious, fully-furnished Echo Park 1 bed for somewhere in Manhattan or Brooklyn!
Please reach out if you're interested in 2+ weeks within the window listed. End date has a little wiggle room.

Our place is one-quarter of a historic craftsman home in Echo Park/Angelino Heights, with lots of charm. We have 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths, an office, and large open-plan living and dining rooms.
In addition to our bed, we have a queen-sized blowup mattress and our couch is great for sleeping!
We have in-unit laundry and a well-stocked kitchen with all the tools you could need. No dishwasher, unfortunately.
There are two desks, a monitor, mouse, and keyboard, all of which you're welcome to use. Our living room has Chromecast with Google TV, and we also have a Nintendo Switch. Our shelves are full of plenty of books to borrow, a record player, records, etc.

Angelino Heights, a sub-section of Echo Park, is located on the east side of LA and is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city. The area's known for its concentration of eclectic architectural styles from three eras: Craftsman (this includes ours!), Turn of the Century, and Revival, which can all be seen on a stroll around the block.
Within a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive you can be at the gorgeous Echo Park Lake, or several strips of shops with delicious restaurants, bars, thrifting, and other local businesses.
I, Eliana (she/her), am originally from Philadelphia and work in the entertainment industry. My partner, Gerard (he/him), is originally from Wales and works as an analyst in the climate space.
Before relocating to LA nearly 2 years ago, we lived in NYC (most recently Park Slope) and miss it dearly. We can't wait to be back for an extended time!
Looking for a communicative, trustworthy individual or couple who will take great care of our place, which we've put a lot of love into making our own!
