About This Lister

Sharing apartment with 2 friendly roommates (a FaceTime can be arranged). A is 26 and works in an office. E is 32 and an actor. I am 25 and a grad student; you will be taking my room. The vibe is chill and comfortable. We oftentimes watch something together and talk about our days, and we occasionally share food. We have a chore chart to keep the apartment clean (but it’s not spotless, I think we’re pretty average on the cleanliness scale, dishes in the sink for a day isn’t a big deal). Overnight guests are welcome, we’ve each had friends/family/partners stay over for up to 5-7 days.
We prefer women and non-binary folks, but we are open to men. You should be communicative, clean, and have common courtesy (no stomping at 2am, not hosting frequent or loud parties). We're all very comfortable with each other and want a subtenant who is friendly but not overbearing. There is no expectation that you have to chat everytime you're in the living room, but you shouldn't isolate yourself either.
