We're subletting our large 900 square-foot space on the second floor of a pre-war building on a peaceful, tree-lined street in Park Slope. The building has 8 units total, and there is a shared backyard with beautiful plants, trees and a grill. Pets are welcome as well.

The location is great! 3 blocks to the park, 10 minute walk from the B, Q, F, G, 2, 3, and R as well as a variety of buses right at the corner of the street. Walkable distance to Brooklyn Botanic Garden, the Brooklyn Museum, and Barclay's Center. You're also close to all the necessities - tons of great restaurants, a grocery store just a block away, and a Hungry Ghost Coffee on the corner.

The apartment has everything you'll need for relaxing, cooking, and fitness. We've got a rowing machine and a set of weights you're welcome to use, as well as bike storage in the basement. When you're done working out you can soak in our deep claw-foot tub. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a feast, including a new induction stove and microwave and there's laundry in the basement. Our projector system for TV/Movies/Video Games makes it feel like you're in a small movie theater, and all of the lights are on Lutron system so you can control them with remote controls or your phone. There's also ample closet room for whatever you might need to store.

About This Lister

We've lived in this apartment since the 90s and we love it. We love the community, the neighborhood, and especially the proximity to the park.

We're currently living upstate so it would be great if we could meet over zoom before we commit to coming down to show the place in person. If there's any kind of scheduling issues, we can likely have a neighbor or friend show you the place too.

We're flexible, laid back, and hope whoever sublets will love the place as much as we do.
