About This Lister

My wife Monika and I are the owners of the house and live in the duplex apartment above. We will be showing the apartment ourselves and will be the primary contacts for the unit.

We both work in the arts and have been part of the Brooklyn community for over 30 years. We care deeply about the house and the neighborhood.

We are looking for a responsible and considerate tenant who will enjoy living in the space and appreciate the care and attention that went into the renovation and furnishings.
