Our furnished studio apartment will be available for sublet starting Sept 15, 2024 until November 15, 2024. Although in October I will be back from the 12th to the 26th. So the apt will be free 9/15-10/11 and 10/27-11/15 or a little later is possible too.

$1200/week

The apartment is a studio apt, with full kitchen and bathroom, and queen size bed. There is going to be a more comfy green veklvet ikea couch not in picture and also a round dinner table with two yellow eames chairs. Also not in pictures there are new shelves by the window full of art books. There is heat that can be controlled with thermostat. Apt has high speed internet. Also the paintings by the fridge in the picture will be gone and that will be empty space.

The apartment is only on the second floor walk-up. The place is well kept, and clean, and no smoking in the apt please.

Located in the heart of the lively lower east side/chinatown. Steps from the super trendy “Dime’s Square” with endless restaurants of all types, bars, art galleries and museums. Amazing neighborhood.

2 min walk to various subways and next to NoLita, little italy and walking distance to Soho. Next to manhattan bridge that takes you to right to Dumbo. Very close to Williamsburg bridge too.

-We are conveniently located within a 3 min. walk from the B,D,F, J,M trains, as well as various buses.

-There are also many vintage stores, record stores, great grocery stores (Trader Joes, Whole Foods, the Essex Market), parks and things to do in the neighborhood.
-An easy bike ride or walk over the bridges to Williamsburg or DUMBO in Brooklyn.
-24 hour Deli on our corner.
