Hi! I’ve lived in this apartment for the past two years and have really enjoyed the space and the neighborhood. I’ll be moving to a new place soon, so I’m looking for someone to sublet the apartment during this period. Being close to the Charles River and having easy access to Cambridge and Boston has been one of my favorite parts of living here.
Living here from spring through early summer is especially wonderful, when the Charles River paths are lively and Boston’s most beautiful season arrives. I’m hoping to find a responsible and respectful subletter who will enjoy the apartment and take good care of it.

Renting Requirements
• Sublet dates: March 18 – June 18 (some flexibility; weekly stays may be possible)
• Rent: $2700/month — all utilities and high-speed internet included
• Security deposit of $2000 required to secure the unit with the $1000 of it being applied to directly to your rent and the other $1000 to be returned at the end of your stay assuming nothing is damaged and the place has been left in good condition. Rent needs to be paid monthly at the beginning of each month.
• Furnished — please treat the space and furniture with care
• No smoking in the apartment or building
• Looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful subletter
• Covered parking may be available for +$275/month if the sublease begins in March
