About This Lister

We are the homeowners, and live in the upper part of the house with our 2-year-old. We have owned the house for 4 years, and lived in the garden unit for 2 years before renovating. We have lived in Brooklyn on-and-off for 13 years. I am a born-and-raised New Yorker, and my husband moved here for college.

We will be showing the space, and are the contact people for the tenants.

Looking for a tenant to sign a 1- or 2-year lease with one month's rent and security deposit required upfront.

Apartment is available for move in immediately, and the first month's rent can be pro-rated based on move in date.
