There’s a lot of cool art in this space. It’s ideal for enjoying a relaxing time close to the coolest neighborhoods in NYC - the Lower East Side and the East Village. Close to Art Galleries, walkable to Union Market, 2nd Avenue F Stop, Clinton St Bakery, and more!
On Ridge Street between Houston and Stanton Sts.
We can add blackout curtains and TV's to each bedroom upon request.
About This Lister
The apartment is all yours, but I will be just a 10-minute walk away during your stay if you need anything. I have an online education company for visual artists and my husband is a DJ/Writer/Comedian.

Government ID, 2 References, and a sublease agreement.
Utilities and cleaning fees included: high-speed internet, heat, hot water, and electricity.
1 month minimum but with the option to stay as many months as needed. No cleaning fee.
If you plan to stay longer than one month, we will negotiate a security deposit.
2 personal references preferred.
Pets Policy
No pets permitted - we are allergic and will be in the apartment after you.
