We're subletting our loft in Koreatown while we're away.
It's pretty spacious with high ceilings, exposed brick, and big industrial windows that flood the place with light. Cork floors throughout, which feel nice and soft to walk on.
The bedroom isn't a separate room—it's divided by sheer curtains, so you get privacy but it still feels open. Living area has a green couch and a little desk by the window where you can work or just sit with your coffee. There's a TV and the WiFi is solid.
Kitchen's got everything—gas stove, marble island, dishwasher, good counter space. We've got a handmade dining table with some colorful mismatched chairs. Bathroom's simple: deep tub, shower, nothing fancy but it works.
Washer and dryer are in the unit, hidden behind a curtain.
What's included:
– Parking spot
– Washer/dryer
– Dishwasher
– Everything's furnished
– WiFi
– TV
– Utilities covered
The building's secure with an elevator. The building next door has a pool, jacuzzi, gym, cinema, and karaoke room you can use. Just a few minutes' walk from the Wilshire/Normandie Metro in a few minutes, which gets you pretty much anywhere—Downtown, Hollywood, Westside.
Koreatown's got great food, cafes, markets, all within walking distance. It's lively and central without being too much.
No smoking or parties, please.
We’re Mi-Ra and Daniel—I’m a producer and Daniel’s a cinematographer. We’re currently away for a project and looking for someone to enjoy our space in the meantime. We split our time between Los Angeles and Berlin and just moved in, making the place our own. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do—please take good care of it while we’re away.
we do ask for $750 security deposit, fully refundable at the end of the stay, provided there’s no damage to the apartment or furnishings
