Black out curtains pull down to help with sleeping when otherwise the windows face east and get amazing sunlight! Kept very clean and expect the same of those who stay.
This apartment is on the raised first floor, no foot or car traffic outside the windows, and rarely able to hear noise from the streets or apartments next door or above. All utilities (WiFi, gas, electric) and the cost of a cleaner included. Laundry is available in the basement and paid for via downloadable app.
No pets / no smoking / no parties.
