Hello! I am currently the tenant in a spacious, one-bedroom apartment but must unfortunately break my lease. I am assisting management in finding a new tenant. The new person would have to be approved by management and sign a new lease.

The PET FRIENDLY building is located just 3 blocks from the 2/5 at Winthrop Street, and down the street from SUNY Downstate and Kings County Hospital. Would be perfect for someone affiliated with either of those institutions.

The apartment is quite spacious with a large kitchen, all brand new stainless steel appliances, kitchen island, three (3) huge closets, massive bathroom, and LAUNDRY in-unit :) Additionally, the building has many amenities such as a beautiful roof deck with grills, movie room, kid room, bike room, dog-washing room, and storage units in the basement that can be rented. This is not even a complete list of the amenities!

2. Proof of Income
3. Current bank statement
4. Two recent pay-stubs, four if you are compensated weekly
5. Photocopy of government-issued ID
6. Mortgage statement, tax bill or deed (if landlord of current residence)
7. Tax returns for the last two (2) years

(additional application requirements for self-employed individuals, students, and guarantors)

Pets Policy

All pets must have a photo and certificate from a Vet, showing all vaccines are up to date.
