A whole floor of a building -- lots of space for 1 or more person. This apartment is located in the heart of bed-stuy -- great location to get to manhattan from, right off Nostrand A/C (less than 30 minutes to manhattan), surrounded by grocery stores and lots of coffee shops, about a 35 minute walk to prospect park.

This apartment is up 2 sets of stairs. Once inside the space, there is a bright and spacious living room, an in between entrance room which I use for my closet space, a dining room, and a large bedroom located at the back of the house. The kitchen is located beside the bedroom, is large and includes all cooking facilities and utensils needed for your stay. The bathroom has a large tub and gets some natural light.

The apartment also comes with a portable washing machine/ dryer which i've found to be sufficient for all my laundry needs. Also have A/C Units for the rooms for the summer months.

The space is furnished, clean and clutter free. I'm looking for someone low maintenance, who is clean and can water my plants while I'm away. No shoes in the house please.
