The total rent is $3301.49 / mo and I would expect this to be split evenly between all 3 tenants ($1100.50 / mo per person).

THE SPACE:
Quiet, pre-war building in the family-oriented neighborhood of Prospect Lefferts Gardens. Just 1 block from Flatbush Av and 2 blocks from Prospect Park. For public transportation, we're steps from the B49, 5 minutes from the Parkside Av Q, 8 minutes from the Winthrop 2/5, and 10 minutes from the Prospect Park Q/B/S.

This is a 3 bed 1 bath corner apartment which means there's lots of natural light! Apartment features a spacious, sunken living room, hardwood floors, and there's closets galore! Sadly, there's no washer/dryer or dishwasher in-unit (or in-building), but the local laundromat is a 3 minute walk away.

The entire apartment is already furnished minus the available bedroom and kitchenware, but I'd love to add some decorations to the apartment.

Noting that the 3rd bedroom is a flex / lounge space and I'm not interested in turning it into an official bedroom.

AVAILABILITY:
My current roommate is planning to move out May 1, but it may push up as far as June 1 (when the lease renews) due to apartment hunting troubles. It's required that you tour the space ahead of time and that we meet in person.

Ideal roommates are folks that are clean + tidy, respectful, reasonbly quiet, and communicative. Extremely important to me that you are generally a good and respectful person! I have friends from all walks of life with all types of backgrounds whom I love very much. There is 100% NO BIGOTRY allowed in this home -- this is an inclusive and welcoming space. Hoping to share this apartment with people who equally prioritize these sentiments.

Would love a roommate that would be open to movie nights, game nights, or hitting the park together every now and then. I ocassionally host gatherings with friends in the apartment, but for the most part I absolutely LOVE my alone time and often spend my free time in my room.

I'm generally very quiet, keep to myself, and like to spend the majority of my free time in my room doing cozy things like watching movies, playing video games, reading, or listening to music.

Outside the home, I'm either working, with friends, hitting the gym, catching a movie, or out dancing (love techno/house)! I don't really drink alcohol but have no issues with other folks engaging.

I'm not interested in the space becoming a frequent party or loud environment, but don't mind you having guests / friends over as long as you communicate in advance. You must be pet friendly, LGBTQIA+ friendly, and 420 friendly. Preference for someone within a similar age range.
