Prime location in the lower east side wedged between the Bowery, east village, Les and Chinatown. The room is big enough to fit a queen and a desk! There is no closet in the room but can come with an assembled fabric closet! There’s a large window in the room with tons of natural light and we’re right across from a beautiful willow tree. The apartment is a second floor walk up and it is right above a deli so it can get a bit noisy on the weekends but is generally cozy. There is not much of a communal space, ie no living room but a functional kitchen and large shared closet. My room is larger and the prices are prorated by square footage to reflect that.
Looking for someone who is respectful and will pay rent and utilities on time a consistently!
