Rooms for Rent
We are two queer people in our 20's & 30's looking for someone to fill the largest room (15.5ft x 12ft) in our ground floor duplex apartment. The available room is on the second floor with tall ceilings, a wide closet, (nonfunctional) fireplace, and two towering windows overlooking the backyard.
You'll share a bathroom with one roommate, as the other roommate has their own bathroom. The kitchen and living room (in the process of being refurnished!) are on the first floor, with access to a private backyard through the first floor bedroom.
The apartment is located on a quiet, tree-lined block with a supermarket and laundromat across the street. Herbert Von-King is only half a mile (2 blocks) away! We are looking for a responsible, clean, easygoing roomie who doesn't, as they say, "bring the party home" (think more dinner party vibes), and is willing/able to sign onto a two-year lease. Utilities are roughly $100 a month.

1. Copy of photo ID
2. Landlord reference letter and rent ledger
3. Proof of income
4. W2, 2023 tax return & 3 Bank Statements
5. $20 application fee for credit check
You will also need to pay a $1,425 security deposit.
