I'm subletting XL size, simply furnished room in a duplex apartment just 2 blocks from the L Jefferson stop —super convenient location with easy access to everything you need.

It is a Month-to-month sublet, with a minimum stay of 2 months. You can extend your stay as long as you like, I just ask for a minimum 2 months commitment.

The apartment itself is homey, and perfectly located for easy access to everything Bushwick has to offer and easy access to the city.

<The Room>
Located on the basement level, with a window facing the backyard — offering peace and quiet, with a touch of natural light. (There's no backyard access)
Extremely spacious, featuring a King-size bed with an amazing memory foam mattress, a table, chairs, and dresser.
Feels more like a studio within a home — plenty of privacy and space to make it your own.

<The Apartment>
A warm, plant-filled, and creatively styled duplex with central HVAC for year-round comfort.

<Shared spaces include>
A fully equipped kitchen
A large dining area
A cozy living room/plant room
Restroom with bathtub + an additional WC

Only two people live here (including myself), and with bedrooms on opposite ends of the apartment, privacy is truly guaranteed.

Available starting March 1st

Monthly Price:
$1900 – all utilities included

+ I ask $500 deposit and will refund once you check out.
