It's a two-minute walk to buses to Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Culver City (and the light rail network), Westwood, LAX and downtown.
Outside your kitchen window is a productive passion fruit vine. Out front are blackberries, figs and olive trees. All are producing right now and you can share in the harvest!.

About This Lister

We're an almost-retired couple. One of us founded and headed a local environmental organization for 50 years. The other teaches a circle-based practice in schools and prisons.

We built the apartment behind our house for our parents, who lived there for twelve years. We try to keep our carbon footprint small. We mostly cook at home, recycle or reuse everything, grow vegetables, compost green waste, use a laundry line, and heat our pool with passive solar. We enjoy sharing this gorgeous location for mid-term stays.

We're landlords on Furnished Finder and members of Home Exchange and have five star reviews as hosts on both sites and as guests on HE. We maintain a policy of friendly privacy with occasional opportunities to meet over a coffee or glass of wine.
