The available studio is a great place to work: it has plenty of wall space, high ceilings (14’), and a square profile. The available space is separated from my studio by an 8’ wall. I'm an artist who works mostly with fabric, acrylic paint, and paper. Occasionally I use a sewing machine or power tools (mostly a drill).

I hold the lease for the entire space (which consists only of my studio and the available space.) I've been in the space for over 10 years.

The building is secure and professional, with 24/7 access and a dependable freight elevator. It’s nearby Lowe’s and the Smith-9 St stop on the F/G. The rent is $1100/month not including utilities, which average around $60/month. The space is available August 19. My lease ends 10/31/25, but I plan to renew for an additional three years. The sublease term is negotiable.
