Sunny and furnished studio / junior one bedroom (separate bedroom, living room and kitchen) on the border of Bed-Stuy and Crown Heights is up for sublet from Tuesday August 12 to Monday September 1. You'll receive it in clean and tidy condition.
Bedroom with a queen bed is behind linen drapes. The living room and dining area receive lovely morning light. Kitchen has a fire escape/outdoor perch.
The apartment is up one flight of stairs on the second floor. The neighboring building has a wonderful family-run laundromat downstairs.
The apartment is a 3 minute walk from a nice neighborhood park. The C train is a 6 minute walk and the A about twice that. There's also the 3 train nearby and very useful bus lines to get around Brooklyn. 24 hour shops and groceries are walking and biking distances.
About This Lister
A person who spends a lot of time at her home working, cooking, laying about, keeping it clean. It's a small building of 4 units so being mindful and respectful of neighbors is key.

I'm looking for a clean and respectful person who enjoys their stay and leaves the apartment in the tidy state they found it. Ideally, your stay covers the entire and I'm open to pro-rate days for stays over two-weeks.
- wifi, gas covered and electricity up to 100$ of use is covered (only because it's summer and everyone has different A/C preferences. A very effective and quiet A/C unit is already installed.)
