Welcome to my lovely studio!

It is a very quiet space, with the main window facing the yard. You get some pretty good light in the afternoon. It’s on a first floor walkup. Best suited for a single person wanting to enjoy the UES, focus on their art or work from home while having access to Central Park ( 10 min walk) the museums, A ton of coffee shops, Equinox, Soul Cycle, Target, Whole Foods… within a 5 min walk.

Q train is literally around the corner and 4-5-6 is a 5 min walk. There is also the Ferry if you want to get your steps in (20 min) and enjoy some fresh air.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (pots pans crockpot coffee maker nutribullet, spices, and Dishwasher!) I even have a yoga mat and some pilates accessories at your disposition.

It’s on the first floor of a walkup building on the UES at 83rd St. between 2nd and 3rd ave.
There is wash and fold right next door - they are lovely- and prices are good.

There is a small couch, a comfortable bed and a full dining table. There is NO TV. WIFI is included in price so you can stream on your devices.
I have a few plants and will prioritize someone who can make sure to water them every week or so.

150x night total 3750.00 for the whole stay. But open to weekly rentals 1150$/week.
There is a security deposit of 300.00 to be refunded after checking out, and a 150.00 cleaning fee.
