Hello!
I am looking to sublet a comfortable studio / baby loft for in the UWS for all of July, with the possibility of extending into August. This apartment is a Cody oasis one block from Riverside Park and a ten minute walk to Central Park.
2 min walking distance from the 110th 1 train and 10 min walk to the C,B trains; 12 min walk to the A,C.
In a quiet small walk up building on a very quiet block. Fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen w/ dishwasher. Seperate kitchen from living space. Laundry in the basement of the building. Hardwood floors and 10’ ceilings. I am looking to sublet the apartment for all of July with the possibility of extending into August.

About This Lister
I have been calling this space for two years. I love living here! I am traveling for part of the summer which is why I am looking to sublet my apartment.
I work at a museum. In my free time I like going to see contemporary art, listening to music and running in the park.

One month deposit required upon lease signing. Income statements required. If you are a student you will need to provide some kind of proof of income.
Rent includes wifi but not utilities. Cost of utilities is dependent on usage of AC during the summer.
