About the studio

• ⁠The studio has a double-height ceiling, and the kitchen is separate, making the space feel more spacious.
•⁠ ⁠You will have access to a large closet and two large empty drawers (there will be plenty of space for your belongings).
•⁠ ⁠It features a full size bunk bed, which could also be convenient for two roommates to share.
•⁠ ⁠Wooden flooring and plenty of natural light.
•⁠ ⁠Private patio.
•⁠ ⁠Laundry in the building and elevator.
•⁠ ⁠Wi-fi included.
•⁠ We do not have a TV in the studio.

About the location
•⁠ ⁠5 minutes from the 86th St station (express Q line), which is one of the cleanest, and most modern we've seen in NYC.
•⁠ ⁠5 minutes walking distance from the East River and Carl Schurz Park.
•⁠ ⁠20 minutes walking distance from the MET and the largest lake in Central Park.
•⁠ ⁠A quiet, pleasant area with several restaurants, shops, pharmacies, cafes... we’d be happy to share recommendations.

About you
•⁠ ⁠We would love it if you could share a little about yourself and your plans when you contact us.
•⁠ ⁠We are looking for someone particularly calm, as there is an agreement among neighbors to reduce noise at night (no parties).
•⁠ ⁠Since we will be leaving some of our belongings, it's very important to us to have a good vibe compatibility with you.
