Welcome to your oasis in the middle of the city - our airy, oversized (1800 sf!) loft is available from Aug 5-19 and again from Sept 11-22. With 11 foot ceilings and massive windows on three exposures, beautiful light streams into the space all day long, it's really beautiful.

Loft layout with two bedrooms with king memory foam beds, a super nice, well-appointed kitchen (Viking stove, sub-zero fridge, dishwasher,) and two bathrooms (including an oversized soaking tub). There's also a separate 60 sq foot office nook if you're doing WFH.

Located in the heart of Noho around the corner from the Public Theater, it's a small quiet building in walking distance to Soho, West and East Village, LES, Union Square,, etc. And you're steps from the Bleecker-Lafayette and 8th St subway stations connecting you to the rest of the city.

Central AC, in-unit laundry, Sonos speakers throughout, hardwood floors, soaking tub, keyed elevator building with a nice communal roof deck.

Rent is $3,920 for August dates and $3,800 for Sept. ($280 a day).

No parties, events or large groups. Photoshoot pricing is different, feel free to enquire if interested.
