The bedroom is comfortably sized with closet storage and room for additional furniture. The bathroom is clean and modern with updated fixtures. A private balcony offers outdoor space rare for the neighborhood—perfect for morning coffee or evening wind-down.
Additional highlights:
In-unit washer & dryer
Central AC and heat
Private balcony
Well-maintained elevator building
Quiet, residential feel while still steps from restaurants, cafes, gyms, and nightlife
Location is hard to beat: moments from the Bedford L, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Equinox, McCarren Park, and some of the best dining and shopping Williamsburg has to offer.
Please reach out with a brief introduction about yourself and what you’re looking for. Happy to share more details or schedule a showing.
I’m the current tenant of the apartment and will be moving out while the unit is sublet. I work full-time in finance and take good care of my space, and the apartment will be delivered clean, fully functional, and ready for the next occupant.
I’ve lived in Williamsburg for several years and have a positive, professional relationship with the landlord and building management. I’m posting the listing directly and will be the primary point of contact during the sublet period. I won’t be living onsite during the sublet term but will remain available and responsive as needed.
At the end of the sublet term (June 30), there is an option for the sublessee to re-sign the apartment directly with the landlord, subject to standard approval.
I’m looking for a responsible sublessee who will treat the apartment thoughtfully and communicate clearly. Happy to answer questions, share additional details, or coordinate showings.
Move-in requires:
A signed sublet agreement
Security deposit of $4,300 (refundable, less any damages beyond normal wear and tear)

First month’s rent due at move-in
Utilities: sublessee reimburses monthly for electricity and internet; heat, hot & cold water, and building services are included.
Landlord/building approval is required prior to move-in. No background check beyond standard building requirements. No pets per building policy.
Happy to share additional details and schedule a showing with qualified candidates.
