Renting the biggest, most sun-drenched bedroom in our gorgeous 3-story home in an unbeatable location: 3 blocks from the Jefferson L and all the energy of prime Bushwick, but nestled on a quiet residential street where Ridgewood begins.

The house is an absolute dream: we have in-unit washer/dryer, central AC, a dishwasher, backyard and grill, a built-in wine fridge and a guest bedroom (perfect for friends visiting)!

The room: the bedroom includes a massive California-king sized bed (brand new Avocado mattress) and a dresser. The closet is huge (double-doored), and the room faces the backyard, so it’s super quiet and gets gorgeous direct sunlight.

The rest of the house: We’ve put a lot of love decorating the place, and it truly feels like a little oasis! We have tons of plants and are always told that our house feels like a sanctuary. We’re also great friends with our neighbors and her 6 year old daughter and have gone to her dance recital, are given produce from her garden, and have had little movie nights together. It really is a beautiful space and living experience you’ll feel so at home in!

You: early 30s, *super* clean with experience living with and being friends with roomies! WFH girlies are totally welcome here (as are girls who can add plants to our growing jungle)!

About This Lister

You'll be living with me, Amy (32), a product designer (32) who loves to be active (I’m a power lifter, amateur pole dancer, and runner), bake, and travel!

Your third roommate would be Jasmine (30), a cheese afineur (she ages cheese in the cheese caves in LIC - yes it’s a dream job and yes we have TONS of cheese at home at all times 😅). In her spare time she loves to run, cook amazing food, and go to galleries and cool events!

We are great friends and are looking for a roommate who’d like to be friends with their roommates too. We love enjoying evenings together whenever we can, whether that’s movie or cozy roommate dinner nights, but also very much live separate (and busy) lives! We’ll occasionally have friends over to hang out or for dinner parties, but never bring the party home and keep the house quiet by 11.
