We are looking for an individual or couple to take over a lovely sunny room with your own private bathroom and shower in Carrol Gardens with move in from anywhere between Jan 15- Feb 15th 2026.
This lease length can be discussed as to how long you need but 6 month - 1 year is preferable.

We live a block away from the F and G Carrol St train stop and takes 15 minutes to get to the LES. We also have the B57 Bus Stop.

Rent is $2600 ($1300 each for couple)
There is washer dryer in unit, fans in each room, AC and heating in each room, all new kitchen appliances, projector, amazing coffee machine and a rooftop just for us 🙂

Bed, bed frame, arm chair and side table dresser included, bedroom also has huge double closet

This is a ( short ) two floor walk up with only one apartment beneath us.

You’d be living with two Australian friends (she/her ) who each live in the other rooms, we are both artists and photographers from Melbourne.
We are super chill and love to cook and have movie night when we can together. We are out majority of the week so don’t mind if you WFH or are in office or just chilling!
We are super laid back and easy going.

Also, one of us travels quite a lot for work so is only here for about half the month, every month.
