I'm moving in with my girlfriend and am subletting my apartment on the Upper East Side (in the 80s off 2nd Ave). I have loved living in this space and am sad to see it go.

The apartment is a large 1br (800+ sqft) with a nice kitchen, dishwasher, large living room, and a bedroom that can accommodate a queen or king size bed. I live on the first floor of an elevator building. While the unit is on floor 1, it is slightly elevated, so the windows are above sidewalk-level. There is a laundry room in the basement of my building, operated by Hercules. The super lives on the same block, should you ever need him.

The street is extremely quiet and is all residential. The apartment is right off the 86th street Q train, and is a short walk away from the 4/5/6 at Lexington and 86th. The building allows cats, but not dogs.

I'm a 30 year old chef and I have absolutely loved living in this space. My close friend lived in the unit for 3 years and gave it to me before he eventually left. Its a special apartment in a very clean and quiet building.
