About This Lister

I am a Queer performer/artist (He/Him). Lived in NYC for 18 years, and am heading back to do some shows with the Metropolitan opera.

The building is quiet but friendly, and hope a subletter fits those vibes.

I am the tenant, and the management company is virtual, so there will be no interaction with the landlord on your end, unless something goes very wrong.

And the touchstone person for the space will be my younger brother, who lives about 10 minutes away.
