A few things I'm looking for in a subletter:
- No smoking (it's not only strictly prohibited by my bldg and the City of West Hollywood, but I also have asthma. If you smoke or intend to have anyone over who smokes, this bldg is NOT for you. Smell sticks to brand new furniture.)
