Within half hour to towns of Sunapee, New London, Concord, Manchester, Hanover - with shopping and cultural attractions.

This is not a party rental but rather and friends and quiet family rental.

I have been summering in the New London area for fifty years and finally bought my own country home nearby in Bradford, NH. I am an artist and a professor and live the academic year mostly in Brooklyn so I am renting out my home while I cannot always be there. A house needs people in it in order to feel loved. I love this village as it is mostly agricultural and home to the Kearsarge Food Hub and Sweet Beet Market. You can hear the river from the back deck and I have the best nights sleep in this house.
