Hi. I am Dale and I have had an art studio in Dumbo for 30 years. In 2020, when the techies left Dumbo, I made it my mission to once again fill the neighborhood with artists. Since then I have found over 250 spaces for creatives. My landlord just expanded to Queens and bought this exquisite building so my mission has expanded to Brooklyn’s sister borough.
