This is a rustic, tiny, off-grid treehouse — best suited for a writer, artist, meditator, Omega staff or visitor, or someone seeking a quiet, nature-based retreat.
The treehouse itself does not have electricity, running water, heat, AC, or kitchen facilities. However, the renter may coordinate limited access to the main house for showers/bathroom use, charging a laptop or phone, refrigerator space, and simple meal prep.

This is a tiny treehouse with a desk, ideal for writers or other creatives working on smaller-scale projects.
Sleeping area: Full/double-size futon in a small loft. The loft bed is accessed by a ladder, so the renter must be comfortable climbing and physically nimble.
Electricity: No electricity inside the treehouse. Renter may coordinate charging of a laptop/phone in the main house.
WiFi: WiFi in the treehouse is spotty due to the location. If you need steady internet access, this may not be the right space.
Water: No running water inside the treehouse.
Bathroom: There is a dry-flush toilet in the treehouse. Renter will need to purchase refills during the rental term. Renter may also coordinate use of the bathroom in the main house for showers and/or bathroom access.
Kitchen access: No kitchen facilities inside the treehouse. Renter may coordinate use of the main house kitchen, including refrigerator space and simple meal prep.
Heat/AC: No heat or AC. This is best for someone comfortable with a rustic, seasonal, nature-based stay.
Accessibility: Must be able to climb stairs to enter the treehouse and climb a ladder to access the sleeping loft.

This is a very tiny space, but it may work for someone with one small dog. No cats due to allergies.
