My apartment just two blocks from the main drag Warren Street in the quaint town of Hudson, New York, is available starting Friday, December 20th, through Thursday, January 16th. Very clean, two bedroom (one bedroom has a full bed, one bedroom is a usable office). There is also a twin futon for guests. The entire second floor of a duplex, you have your own entrance and staircase up to the unit which is very bright and sprawling with a living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, screened-in sun porch, stairwell to the garden. Wifi, TV, washer-dryer, yoga mats, weights and workout bench, tons of plants, record player, bathtub, etc. I am very clean and quiet, and prefer a single person or a couple who is very comfortable taking care of my ten year old, very gentle and affectionate cat.

Hudson, NY, is a budding, artsy town with tons of great bars and restaurants, crafts people and many little shops, an indie cinema, music venues, a weekly farmer's market, and situated right across from the Catskills we are close to all kinds of hiking and nature. There is an Amtrak stop right in the center of town, a 12 minute walk from my apartment.
