Our Catskills farmhouse with mountain, valley and river views is available for Spring.

The yellow house (as we lovingly call it) is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath Greek Revival style home in the foothills of the Catskills - a true dream for nature lovers. We've put a lot of love and design thought into it, and are excited to share with artists, families and friend groups looking to take a break from the city.

Spring is gorgeous time here, with a cozy living room fireplace, and windows that let loads of light in.

My favorite Spring activity is soaking in the deep tub with the windows cracked. A little cold, a lot of hot, and a panoramic view of the mountains. It's the stuff of life, truly.

House layout:

First floor brings you to an open floor living room, dining room, kitchen, and a half bath. On that wing is a huge king-size bedroom and an ensuite bathroom (with a shower and claw foot tub).

On the second floor is an open workspace area, a cozy movie loft room, two bedrooms (convertible to nursery), and a massive bathroom with a deep soaking tub. A laundry closet, and hallway library also live on this floor.

Right outside the farmhouse are four acres to roam, beautiful mountain views, and a river that is truly a delight.

West Fulton is a dream in the foothills of the Catskills - home to some of the most beautiful waterfalls, mountain and valley views, and an abundance of hiking, farm stands and scenic drives.

Phoenicia, Windham and Delaware county towns (Stamford, Bovina, South Kortright) are nearby. It's a joy to be here year round.

I'm a creative director and filmmaker. My husband is an artist and woodworker. We have a 2 year old. We've lived here exclusively for over four years, and now split our time between Brooklyn and the Catskills. We love our home. It's been a real sanctuary for us.
