The space features a cozy back patio and a small sitting area out front—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening chats. Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, a charming dining nook, and an at-home working area complete with a height-adjustable desk, Herman Miller office chair, and a monitor with USB-C plug-in for seamless remote work.
Both bedrooms are equipped with split AC units, and the home includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. The layout is open and inviting, designed for both relaxation and productivity.
Parking is available upon request, and while the home has three steps to enter from the front, it is otherwise easily accessible. Please note that there is no elevator.

The neighborhood is quiet and residential, yet just minutes from the vibrant energy of Echo Park and Silverlake. I'm the current tenant and travel frequently for work, so I'm looking for someone responsible to care for and enjoy my home while I'm away. I'm happy to show the space in person or over FaceTime, depending on what works best for you. I’ll remain your main point of contact throughout the sublet and will make sure you’re set up for a comfortable stay.
To ensure a smooth and respectful sublet experience, I’m looking for someone who will treat the home with care and be a good fit for the space and neighborhood. Please read the following requirements carefully:
References: Please be prepared to provide at least one personal or professional reference who can speak to your reliability and character (no landlord references required).
Proof of Income: A recent pay stub, freelance contract, or similar document showing ability to cover rent comfortably is requested.
Short Introduction: Tell me a bit about yourself! What brings you to the area, your work situation (especially if you work from home), and anything else you'd like to share. If possible, I would also love to host a 15-20 minute FaceTime or Zoom to get to know you better...just let me know when you are free.
Length of Stay: Please confirm your desired dates for the sublet and flexibility, if any.
Respectful of Neighbors and House Rules: This is a quiet, community-oriented neighborhood. I ask that you’re mindful of noise, keep common areas clean, and follow any agreed-upon house expectations.
No Parties or Smoking Indoors
Pets: Please let me know in advance if you have a pet—approval depends on the situation.
Deposit: A refundable security deposit will be required to cover potential damage.
No Contact with Landlord Required: This is an informal sublet, so you will not be expected to sign a lease or contact the landlord. All communication will be directly with me as the current leaseholder.
