Ideal for someone who works from home and wants a quiet, functional space in a genuinely walkable neighborhood, or someone who needs quick access to the 101 or the 2 for their daily commute.

**Laundry:** On-site in the basement, shared with other tenants. $2.50 per wash, drying is free.

**The community:** The bungalow is a detached standalone house set within a small, established property with four additional apartment units. The other four are all long-term tenants. The bungalow has its own entrance and lives independently from the rest of the community. This is a quiet, stable, well-looked-after property. No smoking, no parties. We're looking for someone who will respect and contribute to that quality.

**The neighborhood:** Steps from Maury's Bagels and Psychic Wines, very close to Sunset Boulevard, the Silver Lake Reservoir, and Echo Park. Easy access to both the 101 and the 2.

**Looking for:** A responsible tenant or couple who will treat this place with the same care it's been given. Established, low-drama, easygoing. Strong rental history and proof of income required.

**Available:** June 1 or July 1, flexible on timing. Looking for a one to three month commitment.

**Pets:** Open to the possibility for the right person.
