Ideal for someone who works from home and wants a quiet, functional space in a genuinely walkable neighborhood, or someone who needs quick access to the 101 or the 2 for their daily commute.

**Laundry:** On-site in the basement, shared with other tenants. $2.50 per wash, drying is free.

**The community:** The bungalow is a detached standalone house set within a small, established property with four additional apartment units. The other four are all long-term tenants. The bungalow has its own entrance and lives independently from the rest of the community. This is a quiet, stable, well-looked-after property. No smoking, no parties.
