Room large enough for Queen bed (hopefully already there)

No complaints on a private bathroom

Love animals, but after a bout with Lyme I think I’m done as a pet mom/roommate. Not a deal breaker though (unless they have a perfume collection!)

Sensitive to chemical fragrances so happy to be the one to provide suitable cleaning & laundry supplies etc
9/11 gifted me with Allergic Asthma and synthetic fragrances are the enemy.

Great recycler. Pretty good composter. Good with plants. Excellent cook. Enjoy a good dinner party, reading, museums, films and music. Love to travel.
