You'd be subletting a private bedroom with its own bathroom in a well-kept 2-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor. The other bedroom and bathroom belong to your roommate, a friendly, easy-going guy in his 30s who works in fashion. The apartment gets great natural light, has deep closet storage, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

The space can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs, flexible based on what works for you.
The vibe: Clean, calm, and quiet. This is a great home base if you want to actually enjoy your summer in the city without the chaos.

I'm Regi, a brand strategist (he/him) currently based in Harlem. I keep a clean, calm home and am rarely around on weekends. I work full time and travel occasionally, so the apartment is often quiet. I'm relocating this summer after being approved for a new build, which is why the space is available.

Your roommate for the summer is a friendly, easy-going Ivy-League educated guy in his 30s with his own private bedroom and bathroom. He's respectful of shared spaces and keeps to himself, but is genuinely good company when your paths cross.
