Do Clay is looking for a Studio Admin/FOH to help manage daily operations and support our vibrant community of students, members, and teachers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative environment, has an eye for details, enjoys organization, and is passionate about customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

-General Email & Phone Communications: Answer or assign emails to the admin team, handle phone calls, and assist with member/student questions. Facilitating Student/Member purchases through Square.

-Studio Organization & Cleanliness:
Maintain a tidy and organized 7th-floor studio space.
Keep sink areas, reclaim stations, wedging tables, wheels, and handling areas clean.
Restock and tidy bathrooms.
Keep the staff area organized and functional.

-Member Management: Facilitate membership sign ups, pauses, and cancellations.

-Class Management: Schedule with instructors, publish, and maintain all class offerings on Sawyer and the Doclay website.

-Teacher & Student Management: Coordinate teacher sign-ups, makeup classes, answer student inquiries, and ensure smooth class operations.

-Pick-up Orders: Trim, organize, and pack-up Do Clay Night & Private Lesson pieces. Organize and pack-up Do Paint pieces.

Who You Are:
-Highly organized and detail-oriented.

-Friendly, outgoing, professional, and comfortable handling student and teacher communications.

-Mature and willing to take on responsibilities.

-Able to multitask and problem-solve in a busy studio environment.

-Comfortable using Sawyer and Square.
